WARRANTY:

Purchasers understand and recognize that all parts and equipment, inventory and services manufactured and/or sold by Racecar Engineering are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Purchasers and Racecar Engineering consciously desire to make their own bargain, irrespective of any court decision, and purchasers agree upon good faith and in consideration for being allowed to purchase from Racecar Engineering said parts or services. Purchasers expressly acknowledge that Racecar Engineering does not make any affirmation of fact or promise to purchase which relates to said parts, inventory, or services that becomes part of the basis of the bargain with purchasers. Nor does Racecar Engineering make, or cause to be made, as a part of the basis of the bargain with purchasers any description or affirmation of fact concerning any sample or model of racing parts, and equipment inventory or service. As further consideration for purchasers using Racecar Engineering racing parts and equipment any and all inventory or service, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all equipment and parts are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on Racecar Engineering skill or judgment to select or furnish the proper part or equipment. Purchasers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods. Racecar Engineering makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchases. Racecar Engineering further excludes any implied warranty of fitness with respect to racing and equipment, any and all inventory, and service. It is expressly understood and agreed between purchasers and Racecar Engineering that as part of the bargain between Racecar Engineering and purchasers, and in consideration of doing business with each other, all purchasers take, select and purchase said racing parts, equipment, any and all inventory, or services from Racecar Engineering "as is" and with "all faults" and Racecar Engineering shall always provide purchaser with a full and complete opportunity to examine, at purchasers' leisure and convenience, any racing parts, and equipment, any and all inventory or services when purchaser contemplates purchasing from Racecar Engineering. If, and in the event that purchaser expressly or implied cause representation, or statements or affirmation of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, express or implied, than purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Racecar Engineering by any purchaser. Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesman of Racecar Engineering has any authority to make any statements contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary, Racecar Engineering disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written.

PAYMENT:

  • Orders must be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
  • C.O.D. (no cash accepted, certified check or money order).
  • NO personal checks
  • NO company checks without prior authorization.


SHIPPING:

  • All orders are shipped UPS daily. All prices are F.O.B our dock in Lakeland, Fl.
  • All orders must be placed by 4:00 PM EST to insure same day shipping.
  • UPS Air Freight and Motor Freight orders must be prepaid by credit card.
  • If you have any problems with your order, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-882-7231
  • C.O.D fees are charged by UPS to collect payment for the order. These fees are in addition to the shipping charges and will be added to the freight charge.
  • No weekend shipping
  • Weekend delivery available for additional charge
  • Please inspect your Motor Freight shipment for damages prior to signing delivery receipt.
  • Any DAMAGES or SHORTAGES , make full description of damages or list any shortages on the freight bill before signing.


RETURNS:

  • NO returns are allowed without a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Returns without an RMA number cannot be process without first speaking with the customer.
  • Freight on returned items must be prepaid by the customer.
  • Returns must be new and in the original packaging
  • NO returns are allowed on items after 60 days of receipt.
  • NO returns on special ordered items.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


RETURNS PROCEDURE:

If you wish to return a new product, contact a Sales Representative to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Remember all products must be new and in the original packaging. To make sure that item(s) get quickly processed and credited, please follow these simple steps. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by a RMA number and be in the original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Remember, the product must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. Any merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria may be subjected to an additional handling fee or refusal.

Please pack the parts carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Always use quality packaging to ship the parts back. Be sure to print your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Please do not write directly on, use tape, or place shipping labels to the product package. Defaced products are subject to our refusal to be returned and refunded.

Send your package(s) pre-paid to Racecar Engineering, LLC - Attention: Returns, 8126 US Hwy 98 N. Lakeland, Fl. 33809. No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.
Also include your invoice number and if possible, a copy of the original invoice. All returns may be subjected to a re-stocking fee of 15%. Fee depends on reason for return.

PARCEL DAMAGES IN TRANSIT:

Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damages or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier and request damage report.

BACKORDERS/SUBSTITUIONS:

Our policy is to, NOT backorder or substitute, any product on customer orders without first informing our customers after the order is placed. We give our customers the option to choose if they wish to keep an out-of-stock item on order or whether to cancel the item. Please remember, we always offer you the option to have the product shipped directly from our Southeast facility or directly from the manufacture. (Remember, additional fees may apply).

SALES TAX:

No sales tax for out of state shipping. Sales tax will be charged if you reside in the state of Florida. If you have a tax number we will need that faxed to us @ 863-858-5764 prior to invoicing your purchase or sales tax will be charged.
