How to Order

We offer several ordering options. We encourage you to call us toll free. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and take your order.

Please include when ordering, the quantity and part numbers or descriptions and of course include your name, address, zip code and phone number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and if you choose to use a credit card please provide us with the card number, CSV number and expiration date.

Many times our telephones are very busy, making it hard to phone in an order, if you are able you can send us a fax at (863) 858.5764 or you can e-mail your order by addressing it to Team@racecareng.com or use the secure online ordering.

Shipping

Most items can be shipped UPS or Fed Ex COD or prepaid by credit card

UPS and Fed Ex do not accept cash for COD shipments. However, a certified check or money order is acceptable for small items.

We will do our best to ship the same day you place your order and in most cases will be able to do so.

Those items that we are not able to ship UPS or Fed Ex can be shipped common carrier. All common carrier orders have to be paid for in advance of shipment. We have favorable rates arranged with several carriers and will be glad to pass the freight savings on to you.

We cannot guarantee delivery times.

BECAUSE OF THE MANY MANUFACTURERS PRICE IRREGULARITIES AND FORCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, OUR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Return Policy

Parts returned for exchange or refund must be in resalable condition. No returns for refund after 15 days. No refunds on electrical parts opened or out of their original package or used. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and returned freight unless the reason for the refund or return is our fault. No return or exchange on any part installed or used. Call for a return authorization number before shipping anything back. Some parts may be warranted by the manufacturer and have to be shipped directly to them.

Race Parts Disclaimer - Waiver of Any Warranty

All race parts are sold "AS IS" and with all faults. there is NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Race Car Engineering will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of these products. RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The user shall determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
