Racecar Engineering™/Competitive Edge™ Performance Products was founded in 1998 in Winter Park, Florida.  Selling and producing specialty items like their famous Competitive Edge™ Tire Softener, the company experienced explosive growth during the first 5 years and quickly outgrew its facility.  In 2003 they relocated to their current Lakeland, Florida location.  Thanks to our loyal customers, the Racecar Engineering™/Competitive Edge™ brand has become a well-known name in the Racing and Performance market in the Southeast United States.   They are dedicated to please all racers by providing them with excellent service, competitive prices and a deep selection of products for their racing needs.  They are continuously adding new parts to their product depth and overall selection.  Some of RCE's recent new additions are the Racecar Engineering™/Velocita™ branded safety gear, the Comp-Edge line of high-quality racing starters & alternators, Gorsuch Performance fans and True Force™ Asphalt Outlaw Noses.
