SALES ORDERS - Our Racecar Engineering™ Sales Department is open from 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday and on Saturdays 9am until noon. Website orders may be placed 24/7. All telephone and web-based orders for Racecar Engineering™ are sold from our facility in Lakeland, Florida.
When ever possible, all items will ship from our Florida facility, but we may ship items from our Midwest Fulfillment Center at our discretion. We may also choose to ship items directly from the manufacturer to ensure our customers get their parts in a timely manner. All customers will be advised their order origination location(s) prior to shipment. UPS ground transit times for both our shipping locations can be seen below. Shipping information for oversize and truck freight items can as be found below.
PAYMENT METHODS - We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, RCE™ Gift Cards and PayPal®.
We can also arrange for orders to be shipped C.O.D. if so needed.
OPEN ACCOUNTS - Qualified customers may elect for an Open Account. Our Open Account billing period ends on the 25th of each month with the statement due in full Net 10th. Any Open Account not paid in full Net-15th will be placed on C.O.D. - A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be charged on all past due Open Accounts.
RETURNED CHECKS AND ORDER REFUSALS - All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge and account will be placed on C.O.D. Cash Only. Any unpaid NSF checks will be subject to collection and legal action. All C.O.D. shipment refusals will have a $25.00 handling charge and applicable freight charges billed to the customer's account.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION - We ship most orders daily via UPS®. Whenever possible, all items will ship from our Florida facility, but we may ship some items or a complete order from our Midwest Fulfillment Center at our discretion. Our website shows which facility each part is located so there are NO SURPRISES.
PACKAGE TRANSIT TIMES - Below you can view the estimated package transit times for all domestic orders shipped from our Florida and Michigan Fulfillment facilities using UPS® Ground Service. Please note that we do not ship orders on Weekends or Holidays.
ALASKA - HAWAII - INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPPING - Air-Freight Charges will apply to all orders destined for Alaska and Hawaii. No ground service is available.
All International Orders are subject to UPS® International Shipping Rates along with any Customs and Duties charges applicable to package delivery in the destination country. Customer is responsible for any and all of these additional charges and fees.
ORDER TRACKING - An order tracking number will be sent via e-mail for all packages after your order ships from either of our fulfillemt facilities.

OVERSIZE PACKAGES AND HEAVY PARTS - Some oversize packages and very heavy parts must be shipped via Truck Freight (LTL) only. In these cases, we will attempt use the carrier with the best track record and most economical rate.Southeast U.S. customer orders that are oversize may also be shipped to a COMMERCIAL BUSINESS ADDRESS via ADL® Delivery, as we have found that they provide a very good service and their rates are very reasonable.
Many times ADL® allows our customers to save money on shipping on bulky items. This map shows an overview of the entire ADL® delivery area.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING - All RUSH and EXPEDITED shipping on orders must be processed before 2PM EST.
If you require rush same day shipping, please contact us before 2PM at 863-859-5438 and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS - All special order products are subject to freight and handling charges from the manufacturer or from our Michigan fulfillment center. No returns can be accepted on special order parts.
FACTORY DIRECT DROPSHIP ORDERS - All parts orders shipped directly from a manufacturer to any of our customers will be subject to the manufacturer's dropship policy and additional fees may apply in addition to the shipping charges. Please contact the Racecar Engineering™ Sales Department if you have any questions or need clarification about these factory imposed dropship fees.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS - We will accept order changes/cancellations if the order shipping information has not been processed within our system. Please e-mail or call the Racecar Engineering™ Sales Dept. and we will try to accommodate all changes and cancellations. If we cannot change/cancel the order before it has been processed, you will need to follow our Return Policy listed below.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY - Unused goods in the original package may be returned within 60 days from date of purchase. This excludes Computer Software, Videos, Hazardous Material items, Special Order & Custom-Made parts and all Close-Out products. All returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee. No returns or refund without RMA number issued from Racecar Engineering™. Please contact our customer service department to get your RMA number. Please remember that there are absolutely NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.MARKETPLACE PRICE MATCH POLICY - Racecar Engineering™ promises to 'Meet or Beat' any advertised price on any product we sell. Proof of the advertised price is required that the part is 'In-Stock' at the alternative source location.
Guidelines and Limitations are as follows:
- The item must be currently in-stock on the reseller's website and on RaceCarEng.com at the time of the price match request.
- The item must be sold and fulfilled by reseller.
- RCE reserves the right to verify the price of the identical, in-stock item at the online reseller's website (i.e., size, model, brand, etc.).
Unfortunately - Racecar Engineering™ DOES NOT honor the following:
- Prices from third-party sellers or online auctions
- Percent off or dollar off if the item's price cannot be determined independent of other items, fees, or charges
- Mail-in offers or instant rebates or prices that require minimum quantity purchases
- Items advertised as Clearance, Close-Out, Liquidation, Damaged, Used, Refurbished or Re-manufactured items
- Items with prices clearly misprinted or other Typographical errors
- Wholesale or tax-exempt prices
- Competitor price matches on items where a free gift card is being offered
PRODUCT WARRANTY - Product warranty claims should be must be made before the parts are installed. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. Most parts we sell are warranted by the manufacturer. We handle warranty claims internally on a case-by-case basis. When it has been determined the part is defective we will either replace it or work with the manufacturer to ensure your problems is resolved. No refunds will be given on shipping charges related to any warranty claim.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY - Racecar Engineering™ makes no written, oral, expressed, or implied statement of warranty or guarantee on any product sold, other than for defects in materials or workmanship as workmanship as stated previously. Racecar Engineering™ will not assume responsibility or liability for personal or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any product we sell, whether on the street or on the race track. Purchase and/or use of these products implies recognition and acceptance of this entire warranty and disclaimer by customer.
PRODUCT EMISSIONS COMPLIANCE AND OFF-HIGHWAY USE - Many products Racecar Engineering™ offers for purchase are designed and intended solely for legally-organized and sanctioned, closed-course, off-road competition use and are not for use on public streets, roads or highways. These products can sometimes disable or modify the emissions system on some vehicles. Use of these types of products on public streets, roads or highways is a violation of federal and certain state (including California) and local environmental laws.
